8-10 chicken wings
3 tablespoons rosemary finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1½ teaspoons lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon turmeric
¼ teaspoon Sandra’s Spice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a medium baking sheet in aluminum foil.
In a large bowl add, rosemary, olive oil, lemon pepper, turmeric, Sandra’s Spice, apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and whisk until uniform.
Make sure the chicken wings are completely dry. Add the chicken wings to the mixture and massage ingredients into each wing.
Place in oven for 45 minutes or until they are a deep golden brown.

¼ teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons molasses
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ teaspoon Sandra’s Spice
2-3 drops hot sauce
